One on one Personal Training

Two to one Personal Training

All sessions are within my own private studio premises unless otherwise requested.

(One Hour Timeslot).

Initial consultation and postural assessment.

Full Body Sports Massage.

This consultation will involve a physical examination to record any biochemical/postural differences present.

the limits of your pain-free-range-of-movement, any special tests that might be needed will also be done at this point.

This will then be followed by a full body massage.

(55 minute Timeslot).

Sports Massage Review £30 (In Clinic)

A review of previous regular treatment and assessment followed by a requested area massage and reassessment to confirm progress.

A 25 minute area specific or half body maintenance massage.

(25 Minute timeslot)

Acupuncture healing therapy.

An initial consultation and treatment.
Appointments will take up to 55 minutes. Please note multiple treatments will likely be required.

Group Classes which are currently running are:-

Resistance Training - Tuesday & Friday Morning 10:15-11am (suitable for less mobile or beginners)

Indoor studio Cycling - Tuesday 7-7:30pm

Kettlebells - Wednesday evening 6-6:45pm

Boxing Fit Friday 6-7pm.

Indoor Studio Cycling - Saturday 12-12:30

£5.00 per session.

Blood combined Allergy intolerance test 78 items £80 do it at home or £110 with up to 30 minute appointment to collect sample.

Hair sample Allergy and sensitivity test 925 items £20 at home or £50 with up to 30 minute appointment to collect sample
