All sessions are within my own private studio premises unless otherwise requested.

(One Hour Timeslot).

Sports Massage £45 (In Clinic) 
£70 (Mobile) (Up to 5 mile radius from Leadgate and only in exceptional circumstances)

Initial consultation and  postural assessment.
Full Body Sports Massage.

This consultation will involve a physical examination to record any biochemical/postural differences present.
the limits of your pain-free-range-of-movement, any special tests that might be needed will also be done at this point.
This will then be followed by a full body massage.

(55 minute Timeslot).

Posture & Gait Test Analysis £45

check your posture alignment, walking /running gait check for imbalances, treat them with soft tissue therapy, activate muscles and exercises to be sent home with.


55 Minute appointment.

Sports Massage Review £30  (In Clinic) 
A review of previous regular treatment and assessment followed by a requested area massage and reassessment to confirm progress.
or
A 25 minute area specific or half body maintenance massage.

(25 Minute timeslot)

Acupuncture Therapy £45


Acupuncture healing therapy. 

An initial consultation and treatment.
Appointments will take up to 45 minutes.  Please note multiple treatments will likely be required. 

Cupping Therapy £30/£45


Cupping Thearapy - the placement of suction cups on limps to encourage blood flow and vacuum up muscular knots and soft tissue mobilisation,

Circuits/Bootcamp/Studio Cycling & Kettlebells Group Classes £5 per session or £4 if multiple classes.

Group Classes which are currently running are:-

Indoor studio Cycling - Tuesday 7-7:30pm

Kettlebells - Wednesday evening 6-6:45pm

Boxing Fit Thursday 7-7:45pm.  

Indoor Studio Cycling - Saturday 12-12:30

£5.00 per session.

Blood Health Tests (Price Varies)

Blood health checks.

These are blood tests to make improvements to your health or to check its current status.

Checks available:- Thyroid tests, Diabetes, Energy Levels, Iron, Vitamin, Male Hormones, Female Hormones, Gender transition blood tests and much more.
